April 7, 2022 Lit Lore featured author, Dr. Bessie W. Blake was honored as educator, activist and author by the Center for the Women of NY. At CWNY's 35th Anniversary Gala, Dr. Blake was presented with their prestigious Woman of Distinction Award.
